Founded by 11-year-old Thiya in 2010, the WhyNot3 and WhyNotNow Foundation began with a simple yet profound question: If not now, when will we create spaces where every child feels they belong? What started as a grassroots effort has grown into a nationwide movement empowering thousands of families.
